Content and Takedown Policy
Last updated 6 Oct 2026Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy sets out what may appear on Thika Superhighway (thikasuperhighwayvip.com), and how to ask for content to be removed.
What is never allowed
- Anyone under 18, or anyone who looks or is presented as under 18.
- Anyone who did not consent to being filmed or photographed, or to the content being published.
- Content made or shared without the permission of everyone in it, including hidden-camera and "revenge" content.
- Violence, coercion, intoxication to the point of incapacity, or anything illegal.
- Content copied from other sites or creators without permission.
How content gets on the Site
Only our team publishes content. Before anything is published, every person in it must have an approved record on file: legal name, date of birth, a copy of a government ID, and a signed consent and release. The Site refuses to publish content until those records are approved and show the person was 18 or older on the production date.
How to report content
- Report button: every video and photo set has a report option for quick reports.
- Takedown form: for requests from people who appear in content, rights holders, or anyone reporting illegal content, use the takedown form. Include the links to the content, who you are and your connection to it, and why it should be removed.
You can also write to [email protected].
What happens next
- A report through the report button saying someone may be under 18 or did not consent takes the content offline at once, until our team has reviewed it.
- Requests about a possible minor or lack of consent are handled before any others.
- Our team reviews every request and decides on it. We aim to review each request within 48 hours, and content that qualifies for removal is taken down within 48 hours. A request qualifies when it comes from a person who appears in the content, from the rights holder, or from anyone reporting illegal content, and gives enough detail for us to find the content.
- If we remove content, it stops being available on the Site straight away, including to people with subscriptions.
- We may ask for more information to confirm a request, for example proof of identity from a person asking for their own content to be removed.
- We keep a record of each request and what we decided.
Copyright
If you own the rights to content on the Site that was published without your permission, send a takedown request with: your name and contact details, the links to the content, a description of the work you own, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. Accounts and creators who repeatedly infringe will be removed.
Illegal content and the authorities
We preserve evidence as the law requires and cooperate with law enforcement.
