Record-Keeping Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on Thika Superhighway (thikasuperhighwayvip.com) were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was produced.

Records kept

For every person who appears in content, the following records are collected and approved before any content showing them is published:

• legal name and any stage names;
• date of birth;
• a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID;
• a signed consent and model release;
• the date the records were collected.

The Site cannot publish content until every person in it has an approved record, and it checks that each person was 18 or older on the content's production date. The records are kept in private storage that only authorised staff can open. They are never published.
